Responsibilities:
- Support the continuous improvement of the training material
- Develop training material in the areas of Enterprise Architecture Training, EA Repository Client Training and Applied Technology training
- Develop training material that will instruct students in the basics of using the System Architect™ and/or any FAA designated tool
- Develop Applied Technology training material that focuses primarily upon the theory behind the applied technology and also on specific technology in the process of development by the FAA
- Produce and post CBT classes in the FAA's Knowledge Services Network (KSN) with links in between the EA's CBT and the EA Repository
- Develop, coordinate, document and distribute materials for governance boards involved in the IT Governance process
- Develop capabilities and packaging content for the release including Release Notes
- Communicate Release Notes to the SA EA Repository User Community and other EA stakeholders
- MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher
- MS SharePoint
- Experience using Graphical tools for developing Training Materials
