Responsibilities:
  • Assist Program Manager with monitoring, controlling, and managing programs and projects and other duties as assigned
  • Perform Program Management activities which includes developing, monitoring, and controlling schedules, tasks, risks, issues, action items, and decisions
  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule with tasks, activities, milestones by resources and funding as well as critical path for each task and major deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for each task identifying project activities, aligned to the work break down structure, project phases; start-and-finish dates; durations; and milestones for the transition
  • Work collaboratively with Program Manager and Functional Managers to provide process improvement in the areas of Schedule Management
  • Store all documents in the repository chosen for the program and projects
Required:
  • MS-Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher
  • MS Project 2007 or 2010
  • MS Project Server 2010
  • Experience developing an Integrated Master Schedule
  • Experience developing and maintaining multiple Project Schedules
  • Experience working with a Program Manager and Functional Managers
