Program Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Program Manager and FAA client with monitoring, controlling, and managing programs and projects and other duties as assigned
  • Perform Project Management activities which includes developing, monitoring, and controlling schedules, tasks, risks, issues, action items, and decisions
  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
  • Develop Program Management and Project Management documentation
  • Provide assistance to FAA and Contracting Staff
  • Develop and deliver Meeting Agendas and Minutes
  • Upload and maintain documents to/on SharePoint worksite
Required Qualifications:
  • MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher
  • MS Project and MS Visio
  • Experience working with a Project or Program Manager
Desired Qualifications:
  • FAA Experience
  • MS SharePoint
