Responsibilities:
- Assist Program Manager and FAA client with monitoring, controlling, and managing programs and projects and other duties as assigned
- Perform Project Management activities which includes developing, monitoring, and controlling schedules, tasks, risks, issues, action items, and decisions
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
- Develop Program Management and Project Management documentation
- Provide assistance to FAA and Contracting Staff
- Develop and deliver Meeting Agendas and Minutes
- Upload and maintain documents to/on SharePoint worksite
- MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher
- MS Project and MS Visio
- Experience working with a Project or Program Manager
- FAA Experience
- MS SharePoint
