GERMANTOWN, MD, July 14, 2021—V-Project Management Consulting, LLC (V-PMC), an SBA-certified 8(a) woman-owned small business (WOSB), announced today that it has been awarded a $2.5 Billion Multiple Award Contract by the Department of the NAVY (DON) under the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) Program.
This IDIQ is available to DON Offices and Commands to purchase Program Management and Engineering Services. V-PMC’s period of performance on this IDIQ is from 07/14/2021 to 01/01/2029. V-PMC has been approved to provide the following Program Management Category services:

About DON SeaPort NxG
SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) is Department of the Navy’s (DON) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Awardees. Services within the two categories Engineering Services and Program Management Services and their functional area sub-categories may be performed under this contract for new and existing product areas, programs, or missions, which are assigned to these activities during the life of the contract.
Task Orders (TOs) may be issued from Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Systems Command, Office of Naval Research, Naval Air Systems Command, Strategic Systems Programs or the United States Marine Corps, from contract award through the end of the ordering period. The period of performance for a TO can be up to 5 years.
Under SeaPort NxG, the Contractor is required to provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities. Each individual TO may be cost reimbursable, fixed price (FP), or any combination of the two. All SeaPort Requests for Information (RFIs) or solicitations will be issued through the SeaPort portal. All work done under SeaPort NxG will use NAICS 541330.
