V-PMC believes every PMO needs oversight and works with Government client PMOs to provide Governance-as-a-Service by using tools such as V-PMC’s Knowledge Library, PMI’s Governance of Portfolios, Programs, and Projects Practice Guides, and Client tools and templates.

V-PMC sets up Portfolio Management Offices to support contracting vehicle requirements and support Government client PfMOs as they manage diverse Portfolios by using methodologies and tools such as PMI’s Standard for Portfolio Management and Practice Guides; methodologies such as ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, & Industry Best Practices; the U.S. Government Regulations, Circulars, & Guides; and the Client Policies, Processes, Procedures, Tools, & Artifacts.
